Analisis Kinerja Antena Horn Berbasis Simulasi pada Frekuensi 4–8 GHz

Antena horn merupakan salah satu jenis antena yang banyak digunakan dalam aplikasi komunikasi gelombang mikro karena memiliki gain tinggi, polarisasi yang baik, dan directivity yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja antena horn melalui simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak CST Studio Suite pada rentang frekuensi 4–8 GHz. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi return loss, pola radiasi, gain, dan VSWR. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa antena horn memiliki kinerja optimal di dalam rentang frekuensi yang dianalisis, dengan nilai return loss < -10 dB, gain rata-rata > 10 dBi, dan VSWR < 2. Studi ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang performa antena horn dalam lingkungan simulasi yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam desain dan pengembangan sistem komunikasi gelombang mikro.
