Peran Kepemimpinan Secara Islam Oleh Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Melalui Keterampilan Membaca Bagi Siswa SD

Islam upholds the nature of leadership in a person, so then the implementation related to this can be seen from a school principal. In an effort to improve the quality of education in elementary school students, this is also done through improving reading skills. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative method that will discuss various theories associated with the implementation of life, through previous writings collected into one new writing. The success of the principal in evaluating and also improving the quality of existing education will then be helped by his leadership traits. In future writings, it is hoped that we can see this as a real implementation that occurs in the Indonesian nation. Which can then improve the quality of education which will also increase human resources massively.
Abstrak
Islam menjunjung tinggi sifat kepemimpinan dalam diri seseorang, dengan begitu kemudian implementasi terkait hal ini dapat dilihat dari seorang diri kepala sekolah. Dalam upayanya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang ada pada siswa-siswi sekolah dasar, hal ini juga dilakukan melalui peningkatan keterampilan membaca. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang akan membahas berbagai teori yang dikaitkan dengan implementasi kehidupan, melalui tulisan-tulisan terdahulu yang dikumpulkan menjadi satu tulisan baru. Keberhasilan kepala sekolah dalam mengevaluasi dan juga memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan yang ada kemudian akan dibantu oleh sifat kepemimpinan yang dimilikinya. Dalam tulisan ke depannya, diharapkan untuk dapat melihat hal ini sebagai implementasi nyata yang terjadi di bangsa Indonesia. Yang mana kemudian dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang juga akan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia secara besar-besaran.
