Pengaruh Interaksi Sosial Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di SD Patra Dharma 3 Balikpapan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh interaksi sosial terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SD Patra Dharma 3 Balikpapan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan data dari 40 responden siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,131, yang berarti bahwa interaksi sosial memberikan kontribusi sebesar 13,1% terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa semua butir angket reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,813. Hasil uji regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara interaksi sosial dan motivasi belajar siswa, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,742 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004. Selain itu, nilai t hitung sebesar 3,023 lebih besar daripada t tabel sebesar 2,028, yang menegaskan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa meningkatkan interaksi sosial di sekolah dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pihak sekolah perlu mengembangkan program-program yang mendorong interaksi sosial positif di antara siswa dan antara siswa dengan guru.
